Trilobites were the most numerous arthropods

The word “trilobite” means “three parts”. It was given to creatures such as Conocoryphe because the body is always divided into three parts, a head, a body and a tail. Trilobites first lived about 550 million years ago and by 500 million years ago were among the most numerous animals.

    Heya just wanted to give you a brief heads up and let you know a few of the pictures aren't loading properly. I'm not sure why but I think its a linking issue. I've tried it in two different web browsers and both show the same outcome. spanish american war service files
